PARIMATCH GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Client refers to an individual engaging in an agreement with the Company. Agreement is a mutual arrangement between the Company and the Client, governed by the Company’s established terms, where obligations must be met by the party that fails to predict correctly. Agreements are offered through the Company’s list of options.
Options List is a compilation of activities and their potential results, presented with associated multipliers set by the Company for participation.
Contribution is the amount a Client submits to the Company’s service point to join the agreement, reflecting their chosen prediction and the sum they commit. This deposit ensures the Client meets their responsibilities to the Company.
Result is the final outcome of the activity tied to the agreement. Multiplier represents the Company’s assigned value for possible results of various activities. In team-based activities, “host” (first listed, marked “1”) and “guest” (second listed, marked “2”) terms apply, except:
- The activity is a single-event finale of a major competition.
- Multiple stages occur within one location or region.
GENERAL TERMS
- All agreements are processed under these active terms. Clients must understand and accept these conditions fully.
- The Company may update or revise these terms, procedures, and reward methods without individual prior notice. Changes apply to new agreements, while existing ones remain under their original terms.
- Account creation, sign-up, and participation are restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. Clients must verify the legality of participation in their region and report any required financial details to local authorities if applicable.
- The Company assumes all registration details provided by the Client are accurate. Incorrect information voids Company liability. The Company may request identity verification (e.g., passport or other documents) to confirm details and prevent misuse, and Clients must comply if asked.
- Any fraudulent financial or participation activity may lead to legal consequences.
- Accounts are opened and funded as outlined in the relevant terms.
- Rewards are distributed according to the specified guidelines.
- Clients are solely responsible for securing their account details and passwords. The Company ensures confidentiality of Client data but is not liable if it’s shared with others. Transactions confirmed with the Client’s login and password are valid, limited only by the account balance. If Clients suspect a security breach, they may request a password reset from the Company’s support.
- The Company is not liable for losses or issues arising from site use, misuse, access failures, delays, errors in content, or communication disruptions.
- Activity-specific terms take precedence over general rules where applicable.
- Real-time activity updates are provided for convenience only. Despite efforts to ensure accuracy, the Company isn’t responsible for errors in these updates. Clients should consult alternative sources for confirmation.
- Payment processing via Skrill and Neteller is handled by Myrcius International Ltd.*If discrepancies arise between the Russian version and other languages, the Russian terms prevail.
TYPES OF AGREEMENTS
The Company offers these participation types:
- Single: The contribution amount times the multiplier for one activity’s result.
- Combined: A prediction across multiple unrelated activities. Clients can mix outcomes from various activities. Rewards are calculated as the contribution times the multiplied values of all included results. All predictions must be correct for a win; one miss means a loss. The maximum multiplier is 2000.
- Set: A complete combination of combined predictions of equal size, chosen by the Client. The maximum multiplier is 2000, with rewards based on the winning combinations within the set.
- Enhanced Set: A daily special list of activities with higher multipliers under unique conditions. Compared to the standard list, this boosts potential rewards while reducing activity count, maximizing chances at a 2000 multiplier. The maximum contribution is £ 500. Combined agreements require at least three activities; sets are not permitted. Including conflicting outcomes from the same activity in combined or set agreements is prohibited, even if accepted by the system—such entries will be voided.
Final multipliers for all agreement types account for delays, specific result calculations, or rescheduling, with terms defined by the Company. In such cases, the multiplier defaults to “1.”
MAIN OUTCOME TYPES OFFERED
- Options include a tie (“X”), first participant win (“1”), or second participant win (“2”). Correct predictions win.
- First win or tie (“1X”): Wins if the first participant succeeds or it’s a tie. No tie (“12”): Wins if either participant succeeds. Second win or tie (“X2”): Wins if the second participant succeeds or it’s a tie.
- Adjustment Option: Clients add a specified adjustment to their chosen participant’s result. A correct prediction after adjustment wins; a tie refunds the contribution (multiplier “1” in combined agreements); an opponent’s win loses.
- Total Option: Predict if the activity’s total points exceed (“Ov”) or fall below (“Un”) a set number. An exact match refunds the contribution (multiplier “1” in combined agreements). Individual total applies to one participant’s points.
- Advancement: Predicts if a participant progresses to the next competition stage.
- Placement: Predicts a participant’s stage or rank in a competition. If the participant doesn’t compete, related agreements settle at multiplier “1.”
- Various adjustment and total options are available for select activities.
- Ranking Game: Predict which participant ranks higher in a competition’s standings, with additional terms noted in the activity details.
CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE
- Agreements align with the options list and multipliers provided by the Company.
- Existing agreement terms are fixed, but the options list may adjust (e.g., limits, multipliers, maximum contributions) after placement. Contributions cannot exceed the account balance.
- Daily contribution limits per activity match the maximum set for that day’s options list. Excess contributions are not accepted.
- Contributions are valid only before an activity begins. Late submissions are voided and removed from combined agreements, except for real-time options during the activity. Post-event submissions remain valid only if accepted in error and are refunded. Real-time updates are informational, and the Company isn’t liable for inaccuracies.
- Activity start times in the options list are for reference. Contributions placed before the start remain valid despite listed errors. Official sources determine the actual start for settlement.
- The Company isn’t responsible for misspelled names or locations in the options list.
- If staff errors, software glitches, or fraud affect the options list (e.g., clear multiplier mistakes), the Company may void obligations and refund contributions, even for past or ongoing activities tied to the error.
FINANCIAL LIMITATIONS
- Minimum contribution is £ 1 equivalent.
- Set agreements require a minimum of one-third the activity’s standard minimum.
- Maximum multiplier for combined agreements is 2000. Higher multipliers are capped at 2000 for reward calculations, not exceeding the single-agreement maximum reward.
- Maximum contribution per activity varies and may adjust without notice, set individually by the Company.
- Maximum reward per agreement is £ 1,000,000 equivalent in the account currency.
